Title in any products and services purchased from us where applicable does not pass to you, the purchaser until we have received and processed a full valid payment.
Any booking fees taken online, via telephone or in person for our services are subject to a three (3) working day 'cooling off' period. During this time if you wish to cancel your booking fee and receive a full refund you must notify us in writing (by post or email). This right to a refund on cancellation will not apply if the booking you have made is for an appointment that falls within the next seven (7) working days.
If you fail to show for an appointment, you will not be eligible for a refund on your booking fee.
All deposits and full payments made in person on the day to secure the purchase of your portfolio are non-refundable. Please read the contract terms and conditions on your purchase receipt and make sure you understand your obligations fully before signing. Once you have signed the contract you will be liable to cover the full cost of the portfolio as agreed.
